Scar camouflage is a specialized treatment that helps reduce the appearance of scars by blending them with your surrounding skin tone. Each case is unique, so pricing is determined per project. For best results, most clients require 2-4 sessions, depending on the scar type and condition of the skin.
Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens! To ensure everyone has access to the appointment times they need, here's our Rescheduling, Cancellation and Reimbursement Policies: 1. Rescheduling • Contracted services may be delivered online or in-person. Once the procedure is scheduled, you can reschedule at anytime 3 days prior to your procedure date. • One reschedule per session is allowed at no cost when requested at least 3 days in advance. • Requests made within 3 days of the scheduled session, or multiple reschedules, will incur a $100 fee. 2. Deposits • All deposits made at the time of scheduling are non-refundable. • The deposit secures your appointment and ensures the availability of the contracted services or procedure. The deposit amount will be disclosed during the scheduling process and is applied toward the total cost of the service. 3. Refund Policy for Full Payments • Clients who pay the full cost of a service may request a refund within 5 calendar days of the payment date. o Refunds within this timeframe will exclude the deposit (30%). o Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of the refund request. •Refund requests made after the 5-day period are not eligible for monetary refund. However, the remaining balance, excluding the deposit, may be exchanged for other treatments. 4. Non-Refundable Circumstances • Once a service has commenced, such as the start of the procedure or consultation, all payments become final and non-refundable. • Clients who miss their scheduled appointments without prior notification will forfeit their deposit, and any additional payments made will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Vital Skin Studio, LLC. 5. Pregnancy Policy • If a client becomes pregnant after scheduling a session, we do not recommend proceeding with the camouflage procedure. In this case, the appointment will be postponed and all payments held as credit for future sessions after pregnancy. The original quote will be honored. • All payments received from deposit and completed sessions are non-refundable.
