Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

At Vital Skin Studio LLC, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. In order to provide the best experience and accommodate all scheduled clients, the following policies apply to all consultations, treatments, and services.
1. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service.
• Appointment dates and times are not reserved until the required deposit has been received.
• Deposits may not be transferred to another individual.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their appointment one time at no additional charge when requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit or require an additional deposit to rebook.
• Multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to additional fees at the discretion of Vital Skin Studio LLC.
• Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
3. No-shows & Late Cancellations
Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment, arrive excessively late, or cancel within 72 hours of the appointment time may forfeit their deposit.
Vital Skin Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse future bookings after repeated cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the time reserved, preparation involved, and nature of the services provided, deposits are non-refundable.
Clients who pay in full for services may request cancellation within 5 calendar days of payment, provided the appointment or service has not yet occurred.
• Approved refunds will exclude the non-refundable deposit amount.
• Refund requests submitted after the 5-day period are not eligible for monetary refund.
• Once a treatment session, consultation, or procedure has commenced, all payments become final and non-refundable.
5. Results Disclaimer
Healing outcomes and final results vary from person to person based on factors including skin type, aftercare compliance, lifestyle, medical history, scar tissue characteristics, and individual healing response.
Vital Skin Studio LLC does not guarantee specific aesthetic results, retention outcomes, or the number of sessions required.
6. Pregnancy Policy
If a client becomes pregnant prior to their scheduled treatment, we recommend postponing the procedure until after pregnancy.
• Payments previously made may be held as a future service credit.
• Original pricing may be honored at the discretion of Vital Skin Studio LLC depending on the length of postponement and scope of service.
7. Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment with Vital Skin Studio LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined above.
