5. Appointments, Deposits & Payments
Appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the scheduled date and time.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of services.
Additional terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Vital Skin Studio LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, service offerings, or appointment requirements at any time.
6. Client Photos & Documentation
Clients may be required to submit photographs for consultation and treatment evaluation purposes.
Additional photographs may be taken before, during, or after treatment sessions for documentation, progress tracking, and client records.
Separate written consent is required before any client photographs are used for marketing, promotional, educational, or social media purposes.
